Half Hazard Press (H.H.P.) is a genuine underground, All American print & design studio dedicated to the craft of making unique & one-of-a-kind items. With a heavy arsenal of trade skills, we bring experience & moxie into our approach to making flatstock paper goods or paraphernalia & live by the gospel of concept & process.

Just like us, our company was born in the true heart of the Midwest, & raised amidst the sprawling fields of corn & soy. Known natively as Gentlemen of the Press, word has spread over land & sea, branding us as Scoundrels of the Arts in our search for similar minds. HOW WE BUILD YOUR PROJECT FROM START TO FINISH

1. DEVELOPING A CONCEPT

Anything that ever achieved greatness was started with an idea. So we approach work from the ground up, starting with a strong concept that tells a story or presents a solid composition. Without that, you have nothing.

2. EXECUTING YOUR DESIGN

We are not just technicians, and understanding the software isn’t enough to convey a good idea. Knowing how to balance color, layer elements, and use typography well, all contribute to how people will experience your idea.

3. BRINGING IT TO LIFE

We don’t believe the work is done when you click save on the file. Seeing the process through to whatever means and on whatever medium is used is just as important as the time put into developing the work and concept.
